Open Box Verification

At the time of delivery, if you find damage, missing accessory, or mis‑delivery, the delivery partner will raise a return request immediately.

OTP request: Provide OTP to delivery personnel.
Check external damage: Examine package for dents/scratches.
Document: Record video while unpacking.
Open package with customer's permission.
Inspect contents: correct size, colour, quantity, no defects.
Keep packaging and documents until satisfied.
Refund on failure: prepaid amount refunded immediately.
Important Notes
  • Open Box products cannot be returned or replaced once accepted and payment is made.
  • For COD orders, refund is processed on the spot.
  • If you wish to purchase the item again, you will need to place a new order.
  • For functionality defects after acceptance, contact brand authorized service centre.
Returns Pick-up Conditions

Products will be checked for: unused condition, correct product, complete accessories, undamaged product, undamaged packaging.
